Yoga & Meditation
The yoga is gentle and deep. Developed by Swami Kriyananda, Ananda Yoga restores the science of hatha yoga its original purpose: raising our level of awareness and helping our spiritual growth. Using a more inward practice with affirmations, you will experience the unity of body, mind and soul.
Meditation periods begin with devotional chanting and end with affirmation and healing prayers.
All sessions are optional, but are so yummy they are hard to resist!
